Do you ever have those days were something just feels off? It is like you kind of feel sad or something, but you cannot seem to put your finger on it? You might even feel lost. It can be easy to ignore the pull and just go about your day or allow your thinking to pull you down the rabbit hole of all that is wrong in your life, but this does not fix it. Remember that feelings and emotions are trying to tell you something, but until you start digging into what they are trying to tell you, you will keep feeling lost. Once you find the answer to why, you can release yourself from the cycle and keep it from popping back up. You will no longer be tied to whatever it was that was keeping you in that feeling.
